The staff were extremely friendly. Our room was modern with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is marvelous, close to a grocery store. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options and was served hot.

Everything is nice, loved my time here. The personnel is caring and excellant. Well furnished and good sized rooms come with kitchen, the jacuzzi tub plus a very comfortable bed. The cost is me$ 76.

I had a great stay here at a reasonable price with friendly staff who were always helpful, plus the convenient location added to the comfort of the room.

The beds were very comfy. The staff was affable. The room was updated with a kitchen and plenty of space. The hotel is located close to stores, electrical outlets, and restaurants.

Simply nothing to complain about, really nice stay. Reasonably spacious hotel with favourable and unbeatable location just next door to hot tube as well as restaurants and stores. Comfy bed, large bathroom and a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area in the room. Quick check-in, easy check-out. Nice pool to relax in too...

The hotel had a great and comfortable location close to restaurants. It was very close to a very quiet, and the airport area of Grand Rapids.

I think because the outside door to the pool room was opened, there was alot of dust and leaves on the deck of the pool.

Great hotel located close to various retail stores and restaurants. Well-furnished rooms with an oven, kitchen, and a comfortable bed. Extremely friendly staff.

Could not find the hotel from the back entrance, :( drove around the building almost twice before we could see the front door

Great location, super close to everywhere we wanted to go - just a quick stroll away. 🚶‍♂️ It was only about 0.5 miles from the airport, so getting there was a breeze. The staff? Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - top-notch service all around!

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It's always a little hectic with a family of 5 in one room, but this room made it relaxing. The beds were comfy, and they had a tasteful selection for breakfast.Thr outside seating, grill, and sports courts were such an AMAZING add on for our money.

I don't have a complaint. I would recommend this hotel to all that I know.

Some staff very nice

Some staff barely interested, work out area moved and not easy to find. Location of hotel horrible and poor sign barely visible without looking hard made it very hard to find. Need better signage at the very least.
